HCA Healthcare is seeking an Oncology Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead and coordinate comprehensive cancer care across our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this patient-centered role, you’ll collaborate with oncologists and an interdisciplinary team to develop and manage individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and monitor treatment responses. You will guide patients through the continuum of care, champion safety and evidence-based practice, and support quality initiatives in a culture grounded in compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Coordinate oncology patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
Provide chemotherapy education and symptom management support
Monitor treatment responses and adjust care plans per protocols
Serve as primary point of contact for patients and families
Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and safety standards
Document care in EHR and track patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement and oncology best-practice initiatives
